FSC® Chain of Custody

FSC Chain of Custody certification verifies that the paper used in our production can be traced back to responsibly managed forests. For publishers with sustainability commitments — particularly international academic and trade publishers — FSC certification is often a non-negotiable requirement before a print order can even be placed.

We hold active FSC Chain of Custody certification covering our Noida facility. FSC-certified paper stock is available on request for any job requiring it, and we can provide FSC claim documentation as part of the order paperwork.

What this means for you:

ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management System

ISO 9001 certifies that our quality management processes meet an internationally recognised standard — covering everything from how an order is received to how it is checked before despatch. It is not a one-time audit; it requires continuous documentation and an annual surveillance audit to maintain.

For publishers and brands placing high-volume or high-stakes orders, ISO 9001 is assurance that quality control is systemic — not dependent on one person remembering to check something.

What this means for you:

ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental Management System

ISO 14001 certifies that we actively manage our environmental impact — waste handling, resource consumption, and emissions — under a structured, audited system. For brands and publishers with their own environmental commitments, working with an ISO 14001 certified vendor supports their supply chain sustainability reporting.

What this means for you:

SEDEX SMETA — 4-Pillar Audit

SEDEX SMETA is one of the most widely recognised ethical and social compliance audits used by global FMCG and retail brands. The 4-Pillar audit covers labour standards, health and safety, environmental management, and business ethics — assessed by an independent third-party auditor, not self-declared.

This is frequently a mandatory requirement for FMCG brand vendor empanelment, particularly for companies with international ownership or export operations. We are fully SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar audited and the report is available for review during your vendor onboarding process.

What this means for you:

EcoVadis Rated

EcoVadis provides an annual sustainability scorecard assessing environmental impact, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. It is used by procurement teams at large brands and publishers worldwide to evaluate supplier sustainability performance without requiring a separate audit for each new relationship.

We are EcoVadis rated and renew our assessment annually. Our scorecard can be shared directly with your sustainability or procurement team if your EcoVadis network requires supplier verification.
